Getting Questions
What is the best way to ask for questions from your audience when
you are the speaker?
Wording of the request for questions from the audience. Do not use
the standard old hat “Any questions?” It is used so often to end speeches that
audiences hear it and they immediately think. “He is done I can stop listening
now.” Word your request for questions so
that people will be compelled to share and ask. Say “What questions do you have
about…?”
